Updates will be coming soon..Unfortuantly the last 2 months have been really bad where i live and the weather has not been very kind toward us therefore not being able to get outt o get some new new shots for the site etc..
It is starting to look up now though so we shall be out and about very soon and updating the site..
5th Febuary 2006...
Into spring once again...2006,Nearly a year after my my operation and i am now ready to get back into full time training..
The last 8 months have been a killer for me as ive been waiting for bones etc to heal and have lost a lot of fitness..Out with the sun come the trainers and the training starts again in the fresh morning of a fresh year..
This year holds new goals for me as ive been out for so long and now its time to start on those goals..One the the first goals is to get the site sorted and hopefully with the help of YOU i can get this done faster..

I will be adding a page dedicated to YOUR photos etc but i need YOU to send them in to theskuff@aol.com so i can put them onto the site..
As soon as the photos start coming in the page will be put online..
I have lots of work to do for now but the site will be seeing a few changes over the next few weeks..just making a bit of noise so you know im still alive :) ..

8th November ... Update...
Winter is here again.Time to dig out the gloves and scarves etc again and get training out in the cold again hehe..Thought the page could do with an update as i havnt been on for a while..
Glad to say im all better now after my operations earlier this year and am nearly 100% again =D ..I finally have my camera sorted now too with new memory cards etc so i can now get plenty of stuff for the site(s).
15th June...Beware of grass and little stones!!!!
I have recently had an injury that i think EVERYBODY should be aware of and be cautious of..I landed from a drop about 5-6 foot onto grass and rolled onto a small stone which caught me right on the end of the collar bone where it connects to your shoulder..It popped my collar bone out and disconnected my shoulder..
Some how out of the 1000sq feet of grass i managed to land on it, Typical hehe..heres the x-ray....

23rd may.
Went to southbank Sunday to meet up with the regular lot at southbank and ended having a really good day.Although my arm is still recovering i got some really good precision practice in along with wall running and rail balancing.
A lot of big things went down this weekend with a few people plucking up the courage to cat leap the leap of faith and succeeding and most of all Prozac's Kong at the shell was the biggest thing iv'e seen.It was head height and at least 3 foot to clear once he was over it.It was completly amazing to see.Props to Prozac.
Timmy-Lee,Ash,Yakob,Galien etc were also on good form all day long doing some very obscure cat leaps and Ash managed a very big precision across a stair set which was at least 10foot wide from standing.
Unfortunatly i did'nt have my camera this weekend so i didnt get any photographs but some filming was done so the footage should be around Urban Freeflow sometime soon on the boards.
All in all the scene is getting better now and people are improving so much its actually an honour to be part of this great art/sport that i love so much..
